Born in South Africa, August 1987. I grew up in Cape Town and went on to study Photography at Michaelis School of Fine Art, University of Cape Town. I graduated with a BA (Hons) degree in Fine Art & Photography with distinction.

Since graduating I was awarded a grant to spend a year at Fabrica; Benetton's Communication & Research Centre in Italy. There I worked for COLORS Magazine and pursued personal projects. My work has been exhibited in Cape Town, Vienna and San Francisco and has been featured in various publications such as The Big Issue, the TAC's Equal Treatment and Le Monde. I don't like to only call myself a photographer, but a media professional, a visual journalist, an ocassional web designer and a passionate traveller.

For the year 2012 I was awarded a bursary from Media24 to do a Post Graduate in Journalism and Media Studies, I will be based in Grahamstown at Rhodes University. If you would like to see my CV, please contact.
